Rainbow Catering was established over twenty years ago by Jim and Gail Burton as a hobby.  They catered to a select group of customers while raising a family and pursuing other full-time careers.  When Jim retired from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Department, they decided to expand their catering business.  Their clients have ranged from R. J. Reynolds Sports Marketing Enterprises to individuals who are hosting birthday parties, family reunions and other special occasions.

From groups of 25 to over a thousand, Rainbow Catering will meet your needs.  With our mobile kitchen and portable cookers, we can prepare almost any meal on site served fresh to you and your guests.  While we specialize in steak dinners, fish fry's and barbecues, we offer a much broader selection as well.  From breakfast to dinner, lunch to hors d'oeuvres.  Rainbow Catering can meet all your needs and help to make your event a success.
